Do I need to get a hosting service for my website?
No, our websites are 100% fully hosted. That means that we take care of hosting once you purchase your individual package.
Can I use my current domain name for my new website?
Yes. You can keep your own domain name although OneIMS Pro must provide hosting services as your website is a fully-hosted solution.
Can I pick my own domain name?
Yes. If you don't already have a domain name, you may pick one from any available domain names.
How do I get started?

Yes. Our websites are extremely easy to use. Additionally, every package comes with email/phone support.

Our websites are search-engine friendly. If you require additional optimization, you can sign-up for one of our website optimization services.
Can I sell something on my website?
Unfortunately, our website packages do not include e-commerce capabilities. If you require e-commerce capabilities, you can contact us to create a custom solution to meet your needs.
Can visitors to my site contact me through my site?
Yes. At completion, our web developers will make sure that messages sent through your site arrive at the proper destination.
How long will it take for my website to be completed?
On average, websites are completed within a month although this may vary depending on the complexity of your project and how fast we receive your feedback.
How many revisions will I get?
All packages come with two revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
Do I need someone to change the content of my site?
No. Our websites contain a Content Management System that allow you to take control and change the content of your site as needed. If you want to change the structure or design of your website, we can assist you with that at an additional charge.
Can I change the design/appearance of my website at a later time?
Yes. Once your website has been completed, you are welcome to contact us for any design changes or a complete re-design. Any changes made to your site after completion will be charged on an hourly basis.
Why do I have to pay a monthly fee?
Your low, monthly fee allows us to create a custom website for you at a price that will easily fit your budget. Additionally, the monthly fee covers hosting fees, security and database upgrades as well as your monthly e-mail marketing quota.
How long do I have to pay the monthly service fee?
Your monthly service fee covers hosting services. Each package requires a 12-month service fee to insure that your website runs smoothly and is properly updated with any security and database upgrades. After the 12-month period, you may cancel your subscription. Note that this means your site will no longer be active.
What if I require extra support or services not included in my package?
Any additional work to your website will charged at an established hourly rate.
Do I get support with my website?
Yes, every website package comes with either email or phone support. If you require additional support, it will be billed on an hourly basis.
What type of tracking services do I get?
You will receive a monthly report, Google Analytics, showing you information about visitors to your site.
What is the blog option?
Our websites contain a blog option so that you may post regular blog updates for your visitors to see. If you do not wish to have a blog built-in, this option can be disabled.
What is the e-marketing component of my package?
Each of our packages comes with an e-marketing option. The e-marketing option allows you to send out newsletters, announcements and special offers to your customers or visitors.
How many times can i send out an e-mail campaign from my website?
You can choose how many times to send out e-mails so long as they do not exceed you total sending limit. If you had 500 email sending limit, that means that you can send out 5 separate e-mail campaigns to 100 recipients or one e-mail to 500 recipients.
